What is Gift on the go!?
Gift on the go! is a gifting platform on mobile that allows you to send gifts to your loved ones. With a simple mobile interface and host of exquisite gift items to choose from, it is the easiest and most convenient way to send gifts.
Which countries/cities do you deliver in?
We currently deliver in the whole of Singapore and in 33 cities in India.
What kind of Gifts are available on the app?
The app has popular categories of both physical as well as digital gifts. You can send flowers, cakes, chocolates, E-Gifts vouchers, Gift cards and a host of other items.
Why am I not able to see the recipient address field in the E-Gifts & Vouchers section?
We require addresses when there is an item that needs to be physically delivered. In case of Online gifts like Coupons, Vouchers etc., gifts are delivered to email ids in electronic form and hence we do not require recipient’s address.
Can I send an online gift to a physical address?
No, it is not possible. However, we do gift cards from same brands.If you want to send Gift cards, then kindly choose the same from gift card section.
Is there a cash on delivery option?
No. The service we provide concentrates on sending gifts to your friends and family. The ideal scenario would be one where the sender has already paid for the gift.
How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?
After payment, you will be taken to order summary page, which will provide a summary of your order and also a confirmation that your order has been placed. Subsequently you will also receive an email confirming these details.
Will I get confirmation after delivery?
Once the gift is delivered we will notify you through email. Alternatively, you can also confirm with our customer support.
What do I do if my gifts have not been delivered?
If the gifts are not delivered kindly email or call us immediately and we will do everything to facilitate the delivery instantly.
What do I do if I have sent my gifts to a different address?
There’s not much we can do about this though. Please write to us and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. We request you to be very careful with the address you mention in the orders.
What do I do if I have accidently entered a wrong email id for virtual gift?
You should call/write to us immediately for such issues. We can invalidate E- Gift vouchers instantly if it hasn’t been redeemed by then (subject to our and voucher provider standard terms & conditions. Our customer service details can be found in ‘Contact Us’ section.
Is there a way of sending gifts to cities that are not listed here?
At the moment, we can only do the cities that are listed on app. But, please do check our app regularly because we will be adding new countries and cities on a frequent basis.
What do I do if my credit card is not working or if there is a problem with payment?
If there is any problem with the credit card or payment in general then we suggest that you connect with your bank directly. As required by the regulation we do not store any credit/Bank related information and all payments are processed by our payment partners.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the first 2 hours of ordering or can alternatively call us to see what more can be done. Same day orders have to be cancelled within 30 mins.
How soon can I get my refund and are there any charges for cancellation?
Cancellation charges are minimal and are limited to transaction fees that the bank charges. We try to refund as soon as possible but sometimes it make take up to 15 days depending on the bank.
Can I sell through gift on the go?
